Born from a vision
The idea for Inner Athena sparked when the women in my life — friends, family, training partners — came to me frustrated with the pre-workouts on the market. They were tired of harsh formulas, bitter tastes, and products that didn’t feel like they were made with them in mind. I listened. Then I built something better.

Inner Athena was founded by a product developer with years of experience in formulating a wide range of food supplements.
